Refund and Returns Policy for Digital Products

AlignCore Leadership LLC Refunds & Returns Policy for Surveys, Reports and Add-on Consultations Regarding Them

1. Digital Products

All sales of digital products, including survey credits, survey reports, and related materials, are final.

  • Once survey credits are delivered or activated, no refunds will be issued.
  • Unused or expired credits cannot be transferred, extended, or refunded.
  • Customers are responsible for using all survey credits within the stated validity period listed on the product page at the time of purchase.

2. Consultation Calls

  • All consultation calls are non-refundable once scheduled.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling must occur at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Missed calls without notice will be considered used and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

3. Subscription Renewals

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
  • To avoid renewal charges, customers must cancel at least 30 days before the renewal date.
  • Renewal fees are non-refundable once processed.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in the case of:

  • Technical issues preventing survey access that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
  • Duplicate purchases made in error (contact us within 7 days for review).

All exceptions are handled at the sole discretion of AlignCore Leadership LLC.
