I shape leaders and teams in the business world — building clarity, accountability, and performance from the inside out. But one of my greatest passions? Helping young people develop those same foundations before they ever step into a leadership role.
I work with teens and college-bound students to build confidence, structure, and the internal drive to succeed — not just in school, but in life.
And as the mom of three well-launched adults, I’ve stood in your shoes. I know what it’s like to want the best for your child — and to need the right kind of support to make that happen.
We’ve got this. Together.
You’re Here for a Reason.
You didn’t land on this page by accident. Something in you — a hunch, a worry, a hope — brought you here.
Whether it’s uncertainty about what comes next or the sense that your teen is capable of more with the right support… you’re in the right place.
Let’s explore what’s possible — together.
If any of these questions resonate with you or your child, coaching may be your best next step:
Does my teen seem independent — or just supervised?
Do they have structure when no one’s keeping track?
Are they confident in their ability to make decisions?
Do they procrastinate or avoid things that feel hard?
Do they know what they want — or just what’s expected?
Are they emotionally resilient — or do they spiral easily?
Can they self-regulate when they’re stressed, frustrated, or overwhelmed?
Are they motivated from within — or only when pushed?
Do they struggle to speak up, self-advocate, or ask for help?
Are they truly ready for independence — or just academically prepared?
Lacks structure without supervision?
We help teens create real-life systems for time management and motivation. Outcome: They learn to lead themselves: not rely on parents, teachers or deadlines to stay on track.
Smart but unsure of their direction?
We clarify values, strengths, and goals through guided coaching to determine where to go next. Outcome: Greater confidence in decisions — from course load to career paths
Stressed by pressure, perfectionism, or uncertainty?
We develop emotional regulation, self-talk strategies, and stress management skills to manage real-world problems. Outcome: Resilience that supports success on any journey they take.
How I Help Your Teen Prepare for College-and Life Beyond It
Personal Development That Builds Confidence
Most teens are academically prepared — but emotionally unsure. Weekly coaching helps them clarify who they are, what they value, and what kind of life they want to build before they’re thrown into the deep end of college.
Outcome: More self-awareness, clearer direction, and better decision-making.
Study Habits + Accountability That Stick
College requires a different kind of discipline. Together we build personal systems for time management, self-led structure, and accountability — before the scaffolding of high school disappears.
Outcome: Students arrive on campus ready to manage their time and workload — without parental oversight.
Clear Communication + Emotional Resilience
From roommate issues to difficult professors, communication and emotional maturity are essential. We build emotional intelligence, self-regulation, and stress tolerance.
Outcome: Fewer panic calls home, better conflict resolution, and increased independence.
College-Readiness With a Competitive Edge
We focus on readiness, not just enrollment. Coaching builds the mindset, skills, and confidence to help students show up ahead of the curve — ready to excel.
Outcome: Your child doesn’t just attend college — they thrive in it.
Weekly Progress = Less Parental Nagging
Let me take the reins on reminders, structure, and motivation — so you can just be Mom or Dad again.
Outcome: Less tension at home, more trust in their growth.
