AlignCore Leadership – Terms & Conditions of Purchase
1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing survey packages or consultation services from AlignCore Leadership LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“the customer,” “you,” “your”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your access to and use of the products and services you purchase through our website.
2. Products & Services
- Survey Packages: Provide access to employee engagement and satisfaction surveys, delivered digitally.
- Consultation Add-Ons: Optional one-on-one sessions for data interpretation and strategic recommendations.
All details regarding the number of surveys, timing, and consultation length are listed on our product pages at the time of purchase.
3. Usage Period & Expiration
- Survey Credits: Must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise stated.
- Consultation Calls:
- One-time buyers: Calls must be scheduled within 90 days of survey completion.
- Annual subscribers: Pulse check calls must occur during the subscription period; year-end calls must be scheduled within 30 days of subscription end.
- Expired Credits: Any unused surveys or consultation calls after the stated period are forfeited and non-refundable.
4. Scheduling & Cancellations
- Consultation calls are scheduled using our online booking system.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must occur at least 24 hours in advance.
- Missed appointments without notice are considered used and cannot be rescheduled without additional purchase.
5. Refund Policy
All purchases are non-refundable once surveys have been delivered or consultation calls scheduled.
- If a technical issue prevents delivery, we will work with you to resolve it promptly.
- Refunds are not available for unused survey credits or expired consultation calls.
6. Data & Confidentiality
All survey results and consultation discussions are confidential and intended solely for your internal organizational use. We do not share or sell your data to third parties.
7. Intellectual Property
Survey formats, reports, and all associated materials remain the intellectual property of AlignCore Leadership LLC and may not be copied, shared, or distributed outside your organization without written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our services provide insights and recommendations only. We are not responsible for business decisions, outcomes, or damages resulting from the use of survey data or consultation advice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in Illinois courts.
10. Acceptance
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
